Description
Our client seeks a mid-level associate for their Miami office to join a highly regarded international arbitration and litigation practice. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of three years of large law firm experience in litigation and arbitration, focusing on complex cross-border disputes. Spanish fluency is a plus but not mandatory. Preferred candidates should have experience in legal research, writing, discovery processes, depositions, expert discovery, mediation, and trial. Candidates must be curious, driven, and dedicated to professional growth, with strong research and writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong interpersonal skills. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Applicants must be licensed or eligible to practice law in Florida.
