Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its dynamic Litigation group in Columbia, South Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a broad spectrum of litigation services across various industries within a fast-paced and expanding practice. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in litigation, including drafting and arguing discovery motions, taking and defending depositions, and demonstrating exceptional oral and written advocacy skills. Strong academic credentials and case management proficiency are essential, along with admission to the South Carolina Bar.
