LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (2896)
Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 2 to 3 years of general commercial litigation experience to join their dynamic, growing litigation team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker who takes initiative and focuses on solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings, and try cases is preferred. Prior experience before the NC Business Court is a plus. Candidates must be able to work collaboratively as a team member and possess strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the North Carolina State Bar, or the ability to promptly obtain admission in North Carolina, are required.
