Our client is seeking a Junior Associate for their Commercial Litigation Department in Chicago, focusing on healthcare litigation, False Claims Act actions, and both internal and government investigations, as well as general litigation. The team is adept at assisting a wide range of companies, including financial institutions and corporations, in all facets of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. The role involves defending clients in high-stakes litigation, representing individual defendants, and advising on risk mitigation and compliance. The position requires close coordination with the e-discovery team and, when necessary, collaboration with the white-collar defense team for unified client representation.
