Description
Our client, a national law firm with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including preparing pleadings, conducting depositions, drafting motions, and engaging in settlement negotiations. An active Texas bar license is required, and experience at trial or arbitration is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. A proactive and dynamic approach, along with a commitment to community engagement, is essential.
