Our client is seeking a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting briefs and motions, managing fact and expert discovery, and preparing for depositions and trials. Essential skills include strong interpersonal, communication, research, analysis, and writing abilities, along with a proven record of academic and professional excellence. Candidates should be ready to take on significant responsibilities, including client interaction and court appearances. A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing are required.
