Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of litigation experience to join their Los Angeles office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions, as well as experience in analyzing insurance coverage and preparing coverage opinions related to third-party property and general liability matters. Strong research and writing skills, along with excellent academic credentials, are essential. Admission to the California Bar is required. Our client is a leader in insurance coverage and claims, with a team of over 100 attorneys across 15 offices handling complex matters for insurance industry clients globally. Their practice areas include Bad Faith, Casualty & Specialty Lines Coverage, Professional Liability Insurance Coverage, Property, and Strategic Risk & Complex Litigation.
