Description
Our client is seeking an associate with over 2 years of experience in energy regulatory matters with a focus on litigation to join their dynamic and expanding energy team. This role involves working with a team that is at the forefront of significant issues affecting the energy industry across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience representing project developers, independent power producers, and other stakeholders in contested proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, state utility commissions, and federal courts of appeal. The position requires a strong ability to provide insightful and nuanced counsel, leveraging both private sector and government regulatory experience to achieve clients' commercial goals while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
