Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Business Litigation practice in Indianapolis. This role involves engaging in all phases of business litigation with a diverse national and international client base. Ideal candidates will have one to three years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including areas such as consumer or shareholder class actions, antitrust litigation, and corporate governance disputes. A strong understanding of litigation procedures, discovery, and e-discovery is essential, with deposition and oral argument experience being advantageous. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong writing and analytical abilities, along with active membership in the Indiana bar.
