LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3056)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years of substantial civil litigation experience to join their Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigating business disputes, personal injury claims, products liability actions, construction disputes, and other catastrophic injury matters. Essential skills include taking depositions, attending court conferences, and drafting and arguing motions. Strong research and writing abilities, along with excellent academic credentials, are required. Preference will be given to candidates with discovery, deposition, and trial experience. A Texas Bar admission is mandatory. The organization is internationally recognized for its expertise in insurance coverage and claims, handling complex defense matters for clients across the United States and globally.
