LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3105)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate to join their Business Litigation practice in Dallas. This role involves engaging in all phases of general commercial, civil, and business litigation with a diverse national and international client base. Ideal candidates will have three to six years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation, including areas such as consumer or shareholder class actions, merger and acquisition litigation, securities litigation, corporate governance disputes, real estate financing and development disputes, product liability litigation, and multi-district or multi-forum litigation. Candidates should possess strong litigation procedure knowledge, including discovery and e-discovery, with deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience being advantageous. Excellent academic credentials, organizational skills, attention to detail, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with active membership in the Texas bar.
