Description
Our client, a prominent national law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate for their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in complex commercial litigation, including conducting investigations, responding to discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, participating in mediation, and drafting motions in both state and federal courts. Experience in real estate litigation and trial work is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. A commitment to community involvement and an active California bar license, or the willingness to obtain one promptly, is required.
