LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3244)
Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience, particularly in complex litigation, general commercial litigation, employment class actions, PAGA actions, and/or commercial class actions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while being an integral part of a collaborative, fast-paced team. Responsibilities include managing cases and conducting excellent legal research, writing, and analysis, with experience in both federal and state courts. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in the State Bar of California are required.
