Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 4 years of experience in civil litigation. The role requires proficiency in preparing federal and state court filings, managing court appearances, and handling depositions, discovery, and motions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, along with experience in federal and state courts or a clerkship. A Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and membership in The Florida Bar are mandatory.
