LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3257)
Description
Our client is seeking an associate for their New York office with 3 to 5 years of business litigation experience, ideally in commercial litigation or professional liability matters within NY state and federal courts. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials, demonstrated writing and analytical skills, and be admitted to the New York bar. A clerkship is preferred. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, a drive to learn complex case trials, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a client-focused environment.
