Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their Employment Litigation team in Denver. This role is ideal for attorneys with over 3 years of employment litigation experience who are eager to develop their practice under the guidance of experienced partners. The position involves handling litigation matters from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and mediations, as well as advising clients on employment law challenges and policy development. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a solid understanding of employment laws. The ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and a commitment to client service and team collaboration are essential. Admission to the Colorado Bar is required.
