Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Associate to join their Litigation business unit in Los Angeles, CA. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work a few days per week. Candidates should have over 5 years of litigation practice experience and hold an active California Bar license. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in trial preparation, courtroom experience, motion practice, and depositions, alongside strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. A detail-oriented and organized approach, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication abilities, is essential.
