Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate to join their Litigation group, specifically within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup, focusing on Class Actions practice. This opportunity is available for candidates located in the New York metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will possess a JD and be admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction, with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm. Experience in class action defense, managing a multi-matter docket, and handling complex commercial, securities, or consumer litigation is essential. A previous federal clerkship is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with excellent organizational and project management abilities.
