Description
Our client is seeking an associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join their Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in Orlando. The ideal candidate will be a persuasive legal writer and oral advocate with substantial experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts. Responsibilities include managing written and document discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting depositions, preparing witnesses, and arguing motions. Experience in settlement negotiations and trial preparation is preferred. The candidate should possess a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic, with the ability to interact directly with partners and clients. A JD from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in the Florida Bar are required.
