Description
Our client is seeking a patent litigation associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their offices in either Washington, DC, or San Francisco. The ideal candidate will have experience with trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management, with PTAB experience being preferred. Strong organizational and writing skills, robust academic credentials, including an undergraduate science degree, and a desire to excel in a law firm environment are essential.
