Our client is seeking a full-time junior associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their Healthcare Practice in Atlanta. The role involves assisting a distinguished group of healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and physician practice groups in various legal matters, including managed care disputes, False Claims Act issues, and administrative proceedings such as licensure and Certificate of Need matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, a solid understanding of healthcare laws and regulations, top academic credentials from a first-tier law school, and excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
