LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3438)
Description
Our client is seeking a junior litigation associate to join their expanding Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group and Proposition 65 practice in San Francisco. This role is ideal for California-admitted lawyers with 1-4 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 firm or equivalent. Experience with Proposition 65, consumer class action defense, consumer product regulatory counseling, complex commercial litigation, and/or consumer litigation defense is advantageous. Candidates should possess strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, good business judgment, and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. California state court experience and a previous federal clerkship are considered a plus.
