Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney for their Scottsdale office with a minimum of three to four years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus or interest in intellectual property litigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills and strong academic credentials, including Law Review experience. Essential skills include strong research, writing, and oral advocacy, along with experience drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts. Prior experience with large cases or at a large firm is preferred, and candidates must be admitted to the Arizona bar.
