Description
Our client is seeking a 3rd-6th year level associate to join their Litigation practice group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and exceptional research, analytical, speaking, and writing skills. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of litigation such as fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation, while also developing and maintaining strong business and client relationships. Experience in discovery, preparing witnesses, drafting legal documents, and managing filings is essential. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess strong organizational skills. A bachelor's degree and a juris doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school, along with membership in the California State Bar in good standing, are required.
