Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to join their Litigation practice in Irvine. This position is perfect for an attorney eager to enhance their expertise in insurance, municipal/public entity, and commercial litigation, working alongside seasoned partners. The role requires handling complex civil litigation tasks, including client communications, motions, discovery, court appearances, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Candidates should be proficient in depositions, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and active California bar license are required, along with at least 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation.
