Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Boston office, ideally with two to four years of litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm. The role involves drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and potentially working in class action defense, financial services, or bad faith insurance litigation. Candidates should possess strong oral and written advocacy skills, have excellent academic credentials, and be adept in case management. Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
