Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Litigation business unit in Southern California, with the option to be based in either Los Angeles or San Diego. This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work a few days per week. Candidates should have over 5 years of litigation practice experience and hold an active California Bar license. The ideal candidate will have substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience. Proficiency with e-discovery software, exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills, along with strong academic credentials, are essential. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual with a solid work ethic and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
