LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3775)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-senior litigation associate for their New York office with a minimum of 3 years of experience in complex commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent academic credentials and demonstrate strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Required experience includes drafting discovery and substantive motions in both Federal and State courts. Candidates with prior large case and/or firm experience are preferred. Admission to the New York Bar is required, and the New Jersey Bar is preferred.
