Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm in Boston, is seeking a litigation associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school and possess strong legal writing and analytical skills. Experience in a mid-size to large law firm, particularly in drafting pleadings, conducting research, and managing discovery in financial, securities, or other complex civil litigation, is essential. A federal or state appellate clerkship is advantageous. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Massachusetts and demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
