Description
Our client, a prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C., is seeking a 5th Year Associate or Senior Associate with significant experience in commercial litigation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex cases in federal court, including expertise in motions practice, written discovery, eDiscovery, and depositions. Additional skills such as oral argument experience on discovery motions and working with expert witnesses are highly desirable.
