LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3828)

Our client is seeking a mid-level health care litigation associate to join their national health care practice in a new Charleston office. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, significant litigation or clerkship experience, and excellent writing, research, and communication skills. Candidates should have over four years of experience in health care or complex litigation, with substantial writing experience and the ability to work independently. Required skills include litigation, drafting motions and briefs, and preparing depositions, with a preference for federal litigation experience. Experience in health care reimbursement compliance, defense, and litigation, particularly in government and private payer disputes, is highly valued. Candidates must be adept at navigating complex subject matter efficiently. A JD and active South Carolina bar admission are required, with a federal clerkship preferred.
