Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team, focusing on commercial litigation and energy/environmental litigation matters. This role can be based in-person at their Billings office or remotely from Helena. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in complex litigation from a top-tier law firm, with a strong emphasis on energy, environmental, or property rights litigation. Candidates should possess excellent legal research and writing skills, an energetic personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A strong academic background, practical law school experience, and/or judicial clerkship experience are preferred. Professional references are required.
