LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3857)
Description
Our client is seeking a midlevel Litigation Associate with extensive experience in ERISA Litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting briefs and court filings, conducting case law research, and managing all forms of discovery, including preparing for and participating in depositions. Preference will be given to strong writers with clerkship experience from private, peer firms. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials from law school and relevant litigation experience. This position is open to candidates who can work from any of the client's US offices, including locations such as Charlotte, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Palo Alto, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, and Washington, DC.
