Description
Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group in Los Angeles. The role involves supporting securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, and government enforcement practices. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and experience in securities litigation, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and taking and defending depositions. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice is preferred, and a former clerkship with a federal district or circuit court judge is advantageous.
