Our client, a prestigious law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their expanding litigation team in Chicago. This role offers the chance to work with a veteran team specializing in commercial litigation, product liability, securities, trade secret, and bankruptcy matters, with a strong focus on industries such as energy, aerospace, automobile, and life sciences. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in complex litigation, including product liability and commercial litigation, and will be skilled in drafting and arguing motions, managing document productions, and taking depositions. Strong oral and written advocacy skills, along with excellent academic credentials, are essential. Candidates must be admitted to the Illinois Bar and in good standing.
