Our client is seeking an associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their Litigation & Government Enforcement Practice Group in New York. The role involves supporting complex commercial litigation and government enforcement practices. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials, excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills, and experience in drafting pleadings, conducting written discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice is preferred, and federal clerkships are advantageous. Admission to the New York Bar and good standing are required.
