Description
Our client is seeking an Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience in insurance coverage and commercial litigation to join their Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance coverage issues related to professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, along with extensive civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Experience in business development, client management, and independent case management is preferred. The role involves representing insurers in complex claims and high-exposure coverage and reinsurance matters. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, superior research and writing skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
