LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (3930)
Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate to join their expanding complex commercial litigation practice in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will be a Florida-admitted lawyer with 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably from an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm, and have a background in complex commercial, corporate, financial institution, real estate, land use, construction, and securities matters, including class action defense. Experience with the discovery process, drafting legal documents, and handling court hearings is advantageous. Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, along with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently, are essential. Familiarity with Florida state and federal courts and a federal clerkship are preferred but not required.
