Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of experience to join their Litigation Group. The successful candidate will work with prominent companies across various industries, engaging in complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, corporate governance, class actions, antitrust, false advertising, and securities. The role requires courtroom experience and prior experience with an AM Law 100 firm. Candidates must have a strong academic record, a J.D. from a nationally recognized school, and be admitted to practice law in California. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional project management skills, effective communication abilities, and a strong work ethic, thriving in a collaborative team environment.
