Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their expanding litigation group in the Dallas office. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to be part of a dynamic team in a rapidly growing location. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex office has doubled in size since its inception and features partners with expertise in various legal areas, including banking, mergers & acquisitions, product liability, and commercial litigation. Ideal candidates will have 3 to 7 years of significant commercial litigation experience in a mid-size to large law firm or equivalent trial experience, with strong skills in drafting and arguing complex motions, discovery, depositions, and trial assistance. Candidates must possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, strong academic credentials, and be admitted to the Texas Bar.
