Description
Our client is seeking a litigation associate with four to five years of experience to join their Denver office. The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and experience in researching and drafting various legal motions. The role requires experience in taking and defending depositions, handling discovery for complex matters, preparing cases for trial, and participating in evidentiary hearings or trials in state or federal courts. Additionally, candidates should have experience coordinating e-discovery projects in complex commercial litigation. The successful candidate will join a diverse team in a collegial environment that fosters professional growth and advancement. A Colorado Bar License is required.
