Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their commercial litigation group in Miami. This role offers a unique opportunity for a lateral associate to become part of a dynamic team within an AmLaw100 firm. The successful candidate will join a diverse group of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience at both state and federal levels, serving clients across Florida, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. Candidates should have at least 4 years of business litigation experience, proficiency in taking and defending depositions, and experience in drafting substantial motions. FINRA experience is advantageous, and native or fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required. Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing is essential.
