Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their team in Dallas. The successful candidate will have a background in handling a variety of commercial disputes in both state and federal court litigation and arbitration, including issues such as breach of contract, real estate, and business torts. Essential skills include preparing and answering written discovery, managing electronic discovery, and taking and defending depositions. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing and research skills, and a preference for working in a team-oriented environment are required.
