Description
Our client is seeking an attorney with 1-3 years of general litigation experience to join their Education group in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will have trial preparation experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience, along with exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills. A strong academic record, professional success, and critical thinking skills are essential, as is a desire to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in a large law firm is preferred, and candidates must be licensed to practice in Alabama.
