Our client is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to lead in catastrophic injury and trucking cases within a dynamic national team based in California. The ideal candidate will have a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to practice in California, and possess over 8 years of personal injury defense litigation experience, including jury trial exposure and a first chair role in litigation. Experience in transportation, logistics, and trucking, along with related regulatory knowledge, is essential. The role involves managing a litigation caseload independently, regular client communication, court appearances, motion practice, and depositions.
