LITIGATION ATTORNEY (1713)
Description
Our client is seeking a litigation attorney to join their Los Angeles office with a reduced hours target of 1600. Candidates should have experience in litigating catastrophic casualty claims, premises liability, product liability, dram shop, hospitality-related litigation, transportation & logistics, and other complex torts and business disputes. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of law firm litigation experience, proficiency in written and oral advocacy, excellent academic credentials, and deposition experience. Some trial experience is preferred but not required. The role requires the ability to work independently and manage litigation matters from complaint response through pre-trial conferences with partner oversight.
