Description
Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their Philadelphia office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a preference for those experienced in asbestos, toxic tort, product liability, and personal injury defense. This role involves working within a national asbestos litigation practice, requiring excellent oral and written communication skills, strategic and analytical thinking, and the ability to handle sophisticated legal issues in both state and federal courts. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school is required, along with an active Pennsylvania bar license or the ability to obtain one within the first year.
