The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in asbestos-specific litigation, including depositions, brief writing, and court appearances. Active bar licenses in West Virginia and Pennsylvania are required, or a commitment to obtain them promptly. The role involves working with the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials, strong community commitment, superior interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
