Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their Litigation practice in Irvine. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a preference for those with expertise in insurance, municipal/public entity, and commercial litigation. This role involves working closely with seasoned partners, offering a pathway to partnership within a collaborative and expanding practice. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in handling all aspects of litigation, including client communications, motions, discovery, court appearances, and settlements. Strong oral and written communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. A Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to the California Bar are required.
