Description
Our client is seeking a talented Senior Attorney to join their Litigation group, specifically within the Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup. This role involves drafting briefs, motions, and memoranda, reviewing and drafting discovery responses, analyzing discovery to inform case strategy, and preparing deposition outlines. The position is open to candidates in any US office, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area. Candidates must hold a JD, have a minimum of 6 years of experience in drafting litigation documents, and be admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction where they are applying.
